Every year on Whitsun weekend, the Tschötscher Heide is transformed into a place full of music, joy and living tradition: the traditional music festival, organized by the Pfeffersberg music band with the support of numerous volunteers from the Pfeffersberg population, has become an integral part of the region for over 50 years.

Of course, there is also plenty to eat and drink. Start the day with a traditional veal sausage at the Frühschoppen, enjoy homemade Schlutzkrapfen or the popular Pfeffersberger Tirtln – filled with spinach or cabbage. Fresh doughnuts provide a sweet finish and in the afternoon there is coffee and cake, accompanied by the sounds of the bands.

Shuttle service
A free shuttle bus is available on Saturday and Sunday so that you can get to the festival safely and comfortably.
It will take you from the bus and train station to Tschötscher Heide and back again between 19:00 and 03:00.
